Worth every penny

I work in a commercial kitchen and I purchased this set to take the place of the junk knives the company provides us. The discount was great, the reviews were good and they have a unique look.They exceed expectations. They came sharp but I still honed them before use. They stayed sharp throughout a whole day of kitchen prep. I have more expensive individual knives that I do not like as much as the santoku in this set.

Definitely recommending it

Knife handle is design to be easily hold firmly. Knife blade is sharp for smooth cutting. I would recommend this for sure!
