Husband loves his new knives

Husband loves them. A little heavy for me but they do cut very nicely. Would purchase again.

57 Rockwell hardness, good price, good finish.

These have a 57 on the Rockwell hardness scale. If you don't know what that is research it. It's pretty good, better than most you'll find at your regular stores. It'd be perfect if they were 60-63 but the price would jump considerably. The only gripe I have is that the Santoku sheath does not cover the blade completely, which, you know, is kind of the point. I discovered that the hard way. Otherwise shipping was fast and the knives came sharp enough right out of the case. Perfect gift for most any man, hunter, backpacking, camping etc.
